Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**
KRS requires **48 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule facials, body treatments, hair color, perms, relaxers, and Brazilian Blowouts. All other services require **24 hours' notice**.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in:
**1st occurrence:** A charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
**2nd occurrence:** A charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
**3rd occurrence:** Loss of future booking privileges at KRS Hair & Wax Studio.
Deposits are nonrefundable and may be forfeited for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
